Training company, t2 business solutions, and reputed coaching company, Corporate and Executive Coaching Organisation (CECO), have teamed up to create a High Impact Executive Coaching open course, which launches next month.
Recent studies show that fourth fifths of UK respondents are currently utilising coaching in their organisation. Executive coaching can benefit organisations of all sizes through individual, dynamic and flexible learning. By incorporating personal goals and developments, coaching often results in a rapid performance improvement.

The open course, which will be held in t2 business solutions head office in Cardiff, will give organisations interested in incorporating coaching into their practices a chance to learn the basics and develop their learning through a two day course.
The course gives those new to coaching an introduction, and is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). It is also suitable for those considering a career as a coach and no prior knowledge is required.
The High Impact Coaching Course is delivered by two of the UK’s most experienced executive coaches. Neil and Vicki Espin have a combined experience of over 34 years and have delivered coaching to over 5000 individuals.
After completing the two-day open course, participants will have completed the first two modules of the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification. These can then be taken forward to complete the full ILM course. This qualification has been aimed at larger businesses and teams in the past, but the taster is now available to everyone, giving smaller organisations and individuals the opportunity to introduce coaching practices.
